Once your company has been approved and we have established your optimal location based on your category, you may request three possible stands.

No stands are reserved without proof of deposit payment and a signed booking form.

Please contact Siann on 086 606 600 or siann@oakfield.co.za when enquiring about available stands. She will send you a Floor Plan with a list of occupied stands. Please note that these floor plans are sent to various exhibitors simultaneously, so three choices are essential, and bookings are on a first-come first served basis.

Payment is by Debit Order *only*, unless an alternative arrangement is approved by Management.

You will be required to pay a R500 deposit immediately with the submission of your signed booking form. If your deposit is not paid within the given timeframe, you will risk losing your stand to another exhibitor. Exhibitors who pay the total amount upfront are eligible for a discount.

Once your deposit is paid, your stand will be reserved. The balance of your stand is due by 01 January 2009. Any outstanding fees after this deadline will be subject to a late payment fee.

All stands include advertising space in the Bridal Library Guide, the Editor will contact you to discuss specs and deadlines once your deposit had been paid.
